SPRING FORWARD DAY!

Today is the day that most Americans move their clocks forward one hour. This is always an exciting time because it is a sign that Spring is near. However, there are areas in our spiritual lives in which we should constantly be striving to "spring forward."

Spring forward: In our study of God's word!

Spring forward: In our love for one another!

Spring forward: In our dedication to God and His church!

Spring forward: In our commitment to raising Christian children!

Spring forward: In our benevolence toward all men!

Spring forward: In our development of positive, Christian attitudes!

Spring forward: In our relationships with our spouses!

Spring forward: In our preparation for eternity!

Spring forward: In our impression on those outside the church!

Spring forward: In our zeal for sharing Christ with the lost!

Spring forward: In our development of the fruits of the Spirit!

Spring forward: In our joy for life in the Son!

Be an active member:

Don't just be contented
That your name is on the list.
Do attend the meeting
And mingle with the crowd.
Don't just stay at home
And fuss both long and loud.
Take time out to visit
A member who is sick.
Don't leave the work for just a few
And gripe about the clique!
There's quite a program scheduled
That means success, if done.
And it can be accomplished
With the help of everyone.
So attend the services faithfully
And help with hand and heart,
Be an active member
And take an active part!
